When required, we carry out site surveys to ask all the right questions from the get-go, ensuring that the correct hydration equipment is specified to meet your specific office and building needs.

During our consultation we take a closer look at the numbers of staff in your team that require water, and how often. We look at the provision of chilled, filtered cold drinking water as well as boiling water for the staff tea round, making teas, coffee and instant snacks – whether in the office, the boardroom, warehouse or reception.

Specifying the right drinking water products for the location ensures total customer satisfaction when the cold or hot water dispensers are installed on site. We make sure the required space, power supply and mains water supply is in order and that whatever we specify is fit for your purpose. We also look to see what costs savings and environmental benefits can be achieved.


Installation

It is quite straight forward to install a mains-fed water cooler by connecting the cooler via a food grade ¼“ flexi pipe to your water supply. Our cost-effective handy DIY installation kit comes with full instructions.

However if you don’t have the time or want to do this yourself then we can always send one of our engineers to do this for you, and schedule a mains-fed or drinking water fountain installation.

Maintenance

Clean water is healthy water. To keep your cooler or water dispenser in tip top condition it requires a little bit of regular TLC.

Sanitisaton is the cleaning and sterilisation of the key parts of a cooler or water fountain, especially the tap mechanism. Water dispensed from a properly maintained cooler should be the same quality as the water before it enters the dispenser.

Wipes and foam sprays remove biofilm and other bacterial matter. Not forgetting the drip tray which harbours bacteria and stagnant water that can be harmful and affect the smell and taste of your drink.

Purification filters need to be changed every six months – if left water quality deteriorates and can become undrinkable.

Regular sanitisation increases the lifespan of your water dispenser for optimum operation, energy efficiency and cooling performance. There’s more to this than meets the eye. With our cooler care packages we can make light work of this important task so you don’t have to worry.

All our maintenance operations are carried out by our team of highly qualified service engineers to certified levels and best practice. We have a network of skilled engineers that operate a nationwide service and carry spare parts for all the water dispensers that we sell.

Scheduled maintenance visits are planned by our helpful Customer Operations team to suit your company open times and access, to ensure minimum downtime and restore your equipment back to full working order within hours!
